He has extensive experience supporting teens, parents and adults with concerns related to anxiety, emotional regulation, depression, and behavioural struggles. He also works with parents to strengthen relationships and communication at home.

Throughout her teaching career Shannon worked in a variety of positions which provided her with a strong foundation in child development, learning, and support as well as extensive hands-on experience working with neurodivergent children.
