why GROUP THERAPY
Group therapy is a powerful venue for growth and change at a fraction of the cost of individual therapy. Unlike individual psychotherapy which focuses on helping you improve through interventions from a therapist, group therapy allows you to observe others in the group, receive valuable feedback, and benefit from social interactions.
Group therapy has the major goal of helping you to transcend your struggles by experiencing your common humanness with others who share similar experiences. ** All groups run in a small group format with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 participants.
*** It is expected that participants will commit to and attend all dates listed for each program.
