Brian Campbell

MA (candidate), Registered Social Worker (#5220)

Sometimes, it can feel like our stories are not unfolding as we thought they may, and we can feel uncertain as to how to navigate the transitions to our next chapters.

I use a person-centered approach to explore what each person needs, hopes, and wants from therapy and collaboratively develop a plan to help you reach your goals.

I work to create an environment in which you feel safe, heard, and hopeful about what the next chapters hold for you and develop a plan on how to get there.

Experience: Brian is a Registered Social Worker with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers and is completing a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. He has experience working with youth, adults, and families in both a clinical and an outreach setting.

Client Focus: Adolescents 15 years and older, Adults

Types of therapy: An integrated approach that is informed by person-centered, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior therapy, and narrative therapies.

Issues: Anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, relationship difficulties, trauma

Favorite Quote: "There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside of you." – Maya Angelou

More than just my work: A good book, a mug of coffee, and my back deck is one of my favourite ways to spend my free time.
