Internship Program is now OPEN!

We are happy to offer reduced cost sessions with therapists in training who are completing the practicum or internship portion of a graduate program in counselling, social work, or psychology. While working under close supervision, these therapists are provided with extensive training prior to and throughout their interactions with clients.

Our keen oversight and direction results in a tremendous value for quality care. This therapy is available for the duration of the practicum or internship placement. The length of time for each graduate may vary depending on program requirements. This program is best suited for clients who are seeking general mental health support and short-term therapy.

Currently being offered in June and July 2023.

Our goal is to connect you with the mental health professional and service (assessment, therapy or a combination of both) best suited to your unique needs. Get the most comprehensive treatment options in one place! Get the right support at the right time.

Our psychologists and therapists are trained to deliver effective, evidence-based, and compassionate support. With a full range of services to choose from, there is something for everyone!

If you are wanting to learn more about you or your child’s challenges with learning, behaviour, socialization, mood, or anxiety, a psychological assessment can provide consideration for a diagnosis and treatment recommendations.

Individual therapy is available for adults and adolescents to help with stress and overwhelm, unfulfillment, life changes, relationship challenges, or any unease that is affecting how you live your life. It can also be helpful for most mental health problems including anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, and many others.

EMDR therapy is a specific therapeutic protocol designed to treat trauma.

Play Therapy is a proven way for children to communicate and heal.

Group therapy is an opportunity to learn ways to manage stress, anxiety, and grief/loss, improve self-esteem, and general coping.
