Matthew Adams
MC, MALM, Canadian Certified Counsellor
Sometimes life feels heavy—especially when you or your child are navigating anxiety, mood challenges, or behaviour concerns that just don’t seem to go away. These struggles can impact relationships, school, work, and everyday life, and can leave families feeling overwhelmed or stuck.
I use a client-centered, non-judgmental, and holistic approach to support people through these challenges and help them move toward their goals.
Change is possible. I work to create a safe, supportive space where individuals and families feel believed in, understood, and free to be imperfect as they grow, heal, and reconnect.
